life in Bogota

Ellie and I at home before leaving for the Viking party. Guess that requires some explanation - one of Julia's friends who I met in Norway put me in touch with her good friend who has been working in Colombia. Silje is heading back to Norway this week, thus the Viking theme...in actuality we drank mojitos, since she and her boyfriend had just returned from a week in Havana, and danced salsa. Elizabeth and I decided to take a photo before heading out. I love the idea of having a hammock in the living room - another thing I plan to import when I come home.
